Refund policy

Refund Process and Timing

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchange Options
Where possible, we may offer exchanges for the same product in a different size, color, or variant, depending on stock availability. If an exchange is not available, we may offer a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery at genuineproductofficial@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review it quickly.
After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the case.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs
