We aim to dispatch orders within 2 Days after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, weather, strikes, festivals, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout or on the shipping policy page. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, but we will reasonably assist you with tracking and support.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or unavailability of the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
